Walnut Creek Masters Intensive Training Camp: March 3-4-5, 2017
The ITC is the perfect balance of high quality technical coaching without watering down the intensive training aspect. It is a weekend of like-minded individuals coming together to be challenged in an environment that is hard to replicate in a regular masters practice. Two in-water training sessions a day, the first a general workout and the afternoon practice is race specific for distance, mid-distance, and sprints. Classroom lectures and Stroke Schools for all four strokes plus great videotaping and analysis are also included. This year's staff includes the Walnut Creek Masters staff, 2014 USMS Coach of the Year Cokie Lepinski of Swymnut Masters, and 1997 PacMasters Coach of the Year Brian Stack of Manatee Masters. Tighten down those goggles and cinch up those suits - It's time to go to work!
