OPEN WATER SEASON
Lake Berryessa Annual one and Two Mile Swims will be on Saturday June
4, 2005. You can register at www.damfast.org. The Lake Berryessa swim
is one of the most popular open water swims in the United States. The
two mile swim around the island is great swim. Of course, if you
breath on the left, you see very little of the island.

DEL VALLE OPEN WATER SWIM date change
The Lake Del Valle Open water swim date has changed from Saturday to
Sunday. The meet will be on Sunday June 19th - Fathers day. Lake Del
Valle is a great swimming lake above Livermore, about one hour from
San Francisco or San Jose.

DONNER LAKE OPEN WATER SWIM
The Donner Lake 2.7 mile Open Water swim will be Saturday, August 6th

SPLASH AND DASH
The Burlingame Splash and Dash will be Sunday June 12th. This will be
the only long course meet before Championships. It is a great way to
see how your times compare to the qualifying times for Worlds.
