OPEN WATER SEASON
DEL VALLE OPEN WATER SWIM date change
The Lake Del Valle Open water swim date has changed from Saturday to
Sunday. The meet will be on Sunday June 19th - Fathers day. Lake Del
Valle is a great swimming lake above Livermore, about one hour from
San Francisco or San Jose.

LAKE SONOMA SWIM
The Lake Sonoma Open Water swim will be on Saturday, June 25th. Lake
Sonoma is about 80 miles north of San Francisco.

PACIFIC MASTERS LONG COURSE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2005 Pacific Masters Long Course Championships will be held at
University of California - Santa Cruz on July 8,9, 10.

You must enter by June 25 Post mark deadline. This is a great meet
to see where you are in relation to making the qual times for the
World Championships to be held next year at Stanford.

IGLA MEET IN JULY
International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics (IGLA) is hosting their 15th
annual championship meet in Atlanta, Georgia this year. The IGLA
Championships consist of swimming, water polo, diving, and
synchronized swimming with athletes of all competitive levels,
including many first timers aged 18 to 80. Previous Championships
have included appearances by U.S. Olympic diver David Pichler, and
U.S. Olympic swimming gold medallist Bruce Hayes. The five-day event
will bring 1500+ participants. It will! be held July 20-25 at Georgia
Tech's Aquatics Complex and the Washington Park Natatorium. More

Lake Berryessa One and Two Mile Swim
The preliminaray results for the Lake Berryessa one and two mile
swims are on line. Please review your place / time in the race.
Any corrections should be sent to info at onyourmarkevents.com. The
deadline for corrections is Friday, June17th; after that date, they
will be considered final.
Thanks to Laural King and the entire Davis Aquatic Masters for
putting on the Lake Berryessa swim. It is one of the largest open
water swims in the United States.
