RINCONADA MASTERS SPRING SHORT COURSE MEET THIS SATURDAY
The Rinconada Mastesr Spring meet will be held at the Rinconada Pool
in Palo Alto tomorrow March 11th. For those who have no prior
competitive Masters experience there are three special events: the 50
yard Free, and the 50 yard Back. For those who are feeling studly,
there is the 1650 yard fly. (you must finish the event within 45
minutes).

The 1000 yard freestyle is the first event, there is no deck entries
for 1000 free only - you must pre-enter.

The first event, the 1000 freestyle, will start at 9 am - swimmers
must check in by 8:30. Event #3 will not start before 11:00am.

SENIOR MEET/STANFORD MEET ON SUNDAY, MARCH 12
Pacific Masters Swimmers are invited to enter the inaugural Bay Area
Senior Games on Sunday March 12 at Stanford's Avery Pool Complex. As
part of the Bay Area Senior Games, there will be events for 50 and
older - and thanks to the Stanford Masters there will also be events
for 50 and under. This is a good meet to find out what your times are
for the FINA Worlds. This is also a good time to try out the starting
blocks in the Belardi pool.

The meet will begin at 9am at Belardi pool - long course - and warm
ups start at 8am.
