GO THE DISTANCE
You can still enter the "Go The Distance" program. There is a great
tracking program you can down load to see how many miles you have
been putting in. You do not have to enter your times, but it is fun
to see how you compare to your age group compatriots. (My swimming is
all over the place - in getting ready for worlds - one month I swam
over 35 miles. Last month I swam 13 miles - A little slacking off -
but so far this month I have swum 6 miles - I should have swum
Berryessa - I could have added two miles to the total).
