PACIFIC MASTERS MISSION STATEMENT:
As adopted by the Pacific Masters Committee the Mission of Pacific Masters is:

Pacific Masters Swimming welcomes anyone who would like to gain and
maintain fitness through swimming and encourages programs to foster
this mission.

FRESNO SHORT COURSE YARDS MEET
November 7th is the date for the Fresno Short Course Yards meet. The
meet starts at 1 PM so there is plenty of time to drive down from
the bay area. This was the venue of the 2009 US Masters Swimming
Short Course Yards National Championships. You can still use your
"fun" swim suits at this meet.

DAM BRUTE SQUAD POSTAL
Davis Aquatic Masters is starting a new postal event - the DAM Brute
Squad Postal. This event is the 200 Fly, followed by the 400 IM
followed by the 1650 Free (or as Jim Clemmons said "It is 300 Fly,
followed by the 100 back, then the 100 Breast, and the 1750 free).

There is also another Brute Squad event (Brute Squad Light) - the
difference is that in the BSL, the swimming must swim the events on
the same day as opposed to swimming it in 90 minutes:

This event is not the DAM Brute Squad event.
