The Rinconada Mastesr Spring meet will be held at the Rinconada Pool
in Palo Alto on March 11th. The pre-entry deadline is February 24th.
For those who have no prior competitive Masters experience there are
three special events: the 50 yard Free, and the 50 yard Back. For
those who are feeling studly, there is the 1650 yard fly. (you must
finish the event within 45 minutes).

The 1000 yard freestyle is the first event, there is no deck entries
for 1000 free only - you must pre-enter.

The Strawberry Canyon Meet will be on Sunday, March 19th 2006 at the
Spieker Pool, University of California, Berkeley, California
The Pacific Short Course Yards Championships will be 7-9 April in
Pleasanton, California.

Pacific Masters Swimmers are invited to enter the inaugural Bay Area
Senior Games on Sunday March 12 at Stanford's Avery Pool Complex. As
part of the Bay Area Senior Games, there will be events for 50 and
older - and thanks to the Stanford Masters there will also be events
for 50 and under. This is a good meet to find out what your times are
for the FINA Worlds. This is also a good time to try out the starting
blocks in the Belardi pool.

The meet will begin at 9am at Belardi pool - long course - and warm
ups start at 8am.

Plan to be part of the first ever Bay Area Senior Games. This meet is
a sanctioned Pacific Masters meet, and times will be recognized. This
is also good time to get your long course times for entry to the 2006
FINA World Masters Championships in August.

For more information, and an entry blank, please visit
www.2009seniorgames.org and click on the logo for the Bay Area Senior
Games on the home page, which will lead you to the entry blank and
more information about the meet or call 650.856.2234 for more
